and I'm an Engineer.
My name is Felix Machan and I'm a 23-year-old engineering student coming from a small town near Budapest, Hungary. Ever since I was a child, I have known that I'm mainly interested in technical subjects and I like building things. This is exactly why I chose to pursue engineering as my field of study. However, it was not clear to me at first which specific branch of engineering I wanted to specialize in. After some research, I found out about Mechatronics Engineering, which perfectly combines my interests in mechanical, electrical, and software engineering. With this multidisciplinary approach, I can work on a wide range of projects and solve complex problems that require knowledge from multiple fields.
Since the beginning of my studies, I have adopted a hands-on approach to system design and implementation. I build practical, end-to-end solutions spanning embedded systems, software, and infrastructure, with a strong emphasis on understanding how things work - not just making them work.
Developing a centralized platform to integrate commercial and custom IoT devices, while supporting DevOps and operational tasks.
Supported the Engineering team with various tasks and projects, broadening my practical and theoretical knowledge of several fields of Engineering.
